A beyond exceptional experience. The company is a good old fashioned pharmacy with the kind of customer service that doesn't exist anymore. They called when the prescription came thru, stayed late open so my little one could get her meds and with insurance card issues he made it work. I hope this company stays around for years to come.
He is kind, caring, and spiritual. You won't find me at the big franchise drug stores. I like the personal touch and Dr. Mike Smith who shares the space is a treasure as well.
Great customer service and a smile. I stopped by in a pinch at the height of allergy season having forgotten to pack my Claritin D (this is a behind the counter item). They honored a manufacturer's coupon which I carry for such emergencies but expect only the mainstream pharmacies to accept not the small corner shop. The fact that they did accept it even though it took a moment to ring up was a pleasant surprise.

Of course it was even tedious registering a VA license (Claritin D is a controlled/monitored substance that requires a scan of the license but either due to the fact that I had an out of state license or something was up with the system that day). They gave no fuss however, and it gave me time to converse with the most pleasant people. The pictured item was on the pharmacist's counter, and though they didn't have it in stock that day to sell, I'll be back for this humorous trinket.
